[18m Wire Thickness: 2 Mm]
Our electrochemically polished stainless steel chains are versatile due to their high load capacity. Whether in the garden, while sailing or as elegant anti-theft protection. These round steel chains are made of high-alloy stainless steel and are therefore resistant to seawater and acids.
The short link stainless steel chain is the right choice if you want to avoid the chain links becoming entangled or wedged in each other (e.g. in a winch) or if you need a particularly strong chain with a high breaking load. No matter what length or strength you choose, you will always get your chain in one piece. If you order for example two times four meters, you will get two stainless steel chains in four meters length each. The longer you order your chain, the lower the costs for the running meter.
TOLERANCE
With regard to the total length, there may be production-related deviations in the length of a chain link. The chains are put into a stretched state in which they are then measured (Reason: half chain links are technically not possible).
Difference between V2A and V4A
V2A consists of iron, chrome and nickel. V4A consists of iron, chrome, nickel and molybdenum. Due to the additional element molybdenum, V4A is much more corrosion resistant and tougher than the cheaper V2A. V2A is not suitable for the maritime sector. Seawater and acid rain can already lead to corrosion with V2A. We therefore recommend V4A for all outdoor applications. Our stainless steel chains made of V4A (colloquially: Niro, Nirosta, Inox) are used in many different ways in industry and trade. The welded and polished chain links ensure maximum stability. This high-alloyed stainless steel is very easy to clean and insensitive to external weathering and corrosion.
Our chains are used in practice for the following tasks:
NietFullThings uses a high-quality industrial grade stainless steel, produced by Niroxal.
Our products are invoiced in Germany and meet the highest quality requirements.
When it comes to the question of the maximum tensile load with which you can load the article, in the final analysis this always means the payload. The breaking load only serves as a basis for calculation. Here you must differentiate between a static (always constant) and a dynamic load (load change = changing load),
For a dynamic load, divide the breaking load by 4, for a static load by 3 (to calculate the payload).
The niroxal brand stainless steel we use is genuine laboratory-tested V4A stainless steel.
V4A stainless steel has a high resistance to acid and can therefore be used in acidic environments for longer periods than other steels.
V4A stainless steel with a strength of 800 N/mm² is also suitable for insertion into somewhat harder materials.
V4A stainless steel stands out for its very high resistance to corrosion, and is therefore particularly suitable for use in maritime environments.

Quality ControlAll Niroxal products are invoiced in Germany. Here we also carry out regular comprehensive quality controls of our products, therefore constantly offering you a high quality. |
The Bavarian Environmental PactWe are not only committed to high-quality stainless steel, but also to saving resources for environmental use. For this reason, we are a member of the Bavarian Environmental Pact of the Bavarian Ministry for the Environment and Consumer Protection. |
Laboratory-tested stainless steelWe are constantly testing the quality of out stainless steel. For this purpose we also use a laboratory procedure to check whether the stainless steel behaves rust-free. |
TOP customer ratingsOur customer reviews speak for themselves. We always achieve the best ratings regarding the quality of our products and would be happy to hear that you are also satisfied with our products. |
