A complete cable harness can be avoided, for example, by this already assembled repair kit, as only the cheaper connector has to be replaced. The cable set is already fully assembled for you. An automotive cables FLRY to LV112 with a cross section of 0.50mm2 with a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C at 3,000h is used. Produced in Germany on the most modern automatic and semi-automatic machines incl. Process monitoring such as 100% crimping force control and other process monitoring tests. The crimping themselves are done with original AMP/TYCO tools (we do not use hand pliers for crimping)
