This filter prevents cable TV interference from internet and telephony services of the cable network operator. When connected to the cable, these services are transmitted in the so-called return channel range of 5 to 65 MHz blocked by this filter. Subsequent devices receive only the pure radio and TV signal. This filter is mains operator approved by Vodafone Kabel Deutschland.

This multimedia antenna socket is ideal for anyone who obtains television and internet from a cable operator. The TV or cable receiver is connected to the TV output. The frequency range has been extended up to 1006 MHz, so you can also receive new HDTV and digital TV offers. The radio output powers an FM radio. The cable modem or router can be operated on the F-connector of the data port. Or an interactive receiver with integrated modem (e.g. Horizon). A through socket has a connection for looping the coaxial cable. In such a row distribution, the cable is routed from one box to the next. The first sockets near the transfer point should have a higher connection attenuation than the one at the end. The end of a row distribution is formed by an end box.
