Feature

●The Sharp GP2Y0A60SZLF analog distance sensor is small and affordable, making it an attractive alternative to sonar rangefinders, while its wide range of detection range (10cm to 150cm) and ambient IR interference resistance is different from other IR rangefinders.
●However, this sensor requires external components and has a non-standardized grid of 1.5 mm, which can make integration into projects with a grid of 0.1".
●This carrier board contains these components and features a four-pole interface with a 0.1": ground, power, output and release.
●Two versions are available, one for 5V mode and one for 3V mode.
●You need to solder the sensor to the backing board so that the solder joints are made on the part side of the board and press the sensor package against the non-part side of the board.

Description

Overview

Sharp GP2Y0A60SZLF Analog Distance Sensor is small and affordable, making it an attractive alternative to sonar range meters, while its large detection range (10 cm to 150 cm) and ambient IR interference is different from other IR range meters.

However, this sensor requires external components and has a non-standardised grid of 1.5 mm, which can make it difficult to integrate into projects with a grid of 0.1 inches. This carrier board contains these components and has a 4-pin interface with a grid of 0.1 inch: mass, power, output and release. Two versions are available, one for 5V mode and one for 3V mode.
