Healing ground - the healing place with tea tree oil
Healing ground - the healing place with tea tree oil
The effect of tea tree oil has been known for thousands of years. Australian Aborigines have been familiar with the healing effect of beautiful trees for generations. The legends tell of lakes surrounded by tea trees, where leaves and branches fell into the water and transformed the lakes into antiseptic baths. Native people used these natural healing baths to cure various skin conditions - such as skin infections, burns, wounds and insect bites
This area called the native "Healing Ground".
Tea tree oil is extracted from the leaves of the Australian tea tree, officially known as Melaleuca Alternifolia. The tree grows in a limited area in the north-eastern part of New South Wales, Australia. The natural habitat of the tree is a deeper mushroom rainforest. It was this territory called "Healing Ground" by the local tribe, called the Federjalung.
