Our gymnastics bands are available in these designs:
- Light (red) / 200 cm x 15 cm x 0.25 mm: For light strength training, warm-up and stretching.
- Medium (purple) / 200 cm x 15 cm x 0.40 mm: The all-round band with medium resistance. Suitable for most exercises.
- Strong (green) / 200 cm x 15 cm x 0.55 mm: Ideal for legs and heavy upper body exercises.
