Instructions:
--Use it when sitting or lying on your back to stretch the plantar fascia, foot or calf.
When sitting on a chair or on the floor, pull the strap towards you to stretch the bottom of the foot / plantar fascia. People with plantar fasciitis can get relief by using stretch bands. The stretch strap can be used to stretch the calf with the lower leg fully extended.
