A few tips for getting started.
Beginners should use the hula hoop for a maximum of 5 minutes a day at the beginning before the body gets used to it and is strengthened enough to handle a heavy workout. We recommend listening to your body and do not overdo it with hooping at first.
For advanced users, we recommend 15 minutes of training at least 4 times a week together with a balanced/healthy diet to achieve the best results.
