To be seen clearly on the e-bike
The P4B LED rear light is for electric bikes with operating voltage 6-48V, for connecting to DC (DC).
The rear light is mounted on the pannier rack. The built-in LED has a light duration of up to 100,000 hours. The light emission and the reflector are made of impact-resistant plastic.
Easy to assemble and supply
The rear light is powered by the battery of the e-bike with the necessary power.
For this purpose, the connectors of the double cable connection (1 x power and 1 x ground), which are already installed on the e-bike, must be connected to the rear light. The rear light is controlled via an external on/off system (display or computer of the e-bike) and does not have its own switch.
The mounting screws required for assembly are already pre-assembled. Suitable for 80mm screw spacing
Approved and tested
The electric bike rear light from P4B is approved according to StVZO. It also has all the necessary K numbers. The integrated Z reflector is also approved according to StVZO and has the necessary K number.
Note for e-bikes without existing lighting
The power supply of the light channel may need to released If, despite proper installation, the mounted lamp does not light up, it is possible that the power supply has not been unlocked at the factory. The activation is different, depending on the motor system. It is therefore recommended to have the light channel unlocked at a specialist retailer. This is best done immediately for handover inspection or as part of a workshop visit (repair, inspection, firmware updates, etc.). This allows you to equip lighting yourself in the future at any time, even (good basic knowledge or expert help required).
