Stonies Weight Ball
The TOGU Stonies weight ball - made in Germany.
The compact ball with weight filling fits in any palm and is offered with weights 500 g, 1,000 g, 1,500 g and 1,800 g.
The diameter varies depending on the weight: 7 cm (500 g and 1000 g) 8 cm (1500 g) and 9.5 cm (1800 g).

Application and function:
The muscles in the arm, shoulder and chest are built and strengthened. During strength training, the wrists are protected. Thanks to the soft design, there is hardly any risk of injury even when dropped, and the floor is also protected. Ideal for fitness, functional training and pilates.
Simply take the Stonies in your hand and exercises such as arm bends, indoor and outdoor rotation can be carried out even more efficiently, e.g. in combination with other devices. Movements are possible in all dimensions, as the central storage of the stone in the palm of your hand avoids stressful moments.
Tip:
The Stonies fit perfectly in the hand. The outer skin is slightly elastic, so you can grip the ball optimally. This also has the advantage that even in the event of accidental drops, the risk of injury, due to the soft material compared to a metal dumbbell, is very low.
The grooves also prevent slipping when hands are wet. With the availability of different weights, the challenge can also be increased during all exercises. The Stonies are also very compact and space-saving. An ingenious alternative to ordinary dumbbells.
