- Camera does not recognise the SD card?
- 1) Please make sure the memory card is UHS-III certified first.
- 2) Open the battery cover of the camera, insert the SD card into the card slot.
- 3) Select the format option in the system settings, press the shutter and format the SD card.
The iSmart DV2 app cannot connect to the camera
1) Select iSmart DV2 in the phone settings, activate the local network.
2) If there is no local network in the iSmart DV2 settings, please uninstall the app and download it again. If you reconnect the camera WiFi, please choose to turn on the local network.
Battery details:
1) The package contains a charger that can charge 2 batteries at the same time, the charging time is approx. 4 hours, and the indicator light turns on from red to blue when fully charged.
2) It is equipped with two replaceable 1350 mAh batteries, one of which is already in the camera. During 4K video recording, these two batteries can achieve a total battery life of 200 minutes.
3) We do not recommend using the camera while charging the camera.
