The stainless steel kettle has a capacity of 62 litres, which corresponds to a working volume of 60 litres. The scale in litre increments ensures the exact addition of the ingredients. A board controls the program settings so that the brewing process is precisely processed. The intuitive touch control panel allows access to the many functions. All process phases and parameters are displayed on the LCD display.

For optimal heat distribution (10 °C - 100 °C), the home brewing system has the combination of two heating elements with 1,800 W and 1,200 W. A magnetically operated pump mixes the mixing and later the front spice. The double base prevents sticking.
