How to drain water:
1. Loosen the self-deaerating drain C arbor to drain the water from the bowl into a container.
2. Tighten the drain.
3. Fill the filter with fuel with an ignition capsule.
4. Start the engine and make sure there are no leaks.
How to replace:
1. Loosen the self-venting drain C header and drain it into a container.
2. Remove the filters from the mounting bracket with attached bowl.
3. Remove the bowl from the filters and clean the O-ring VersC HRaubung on the bowl. Bowl is reusable, do not dispose of.
4. Lubricate the O-ring with oil or grease and place it on the bowl.
5. Install the bowl on a new one and tighten it by hand.
6. Lubricate the top filter seal with oil or grease.
7. Fill the filter/bowl assembly with clean fuel and attach to the mounting bracket. Tighten them by hand.
8. Start the engine and make sure there are no leaks.
