Feature

●- Velcro sanding disc: with sturdy nylon mesh as a carrier material, therefore very good dust removal over the entire grinding wheel surface, no extra holes required for manufacturers, all types fit, universal, extremely high tear resistance.
●- Grille grinding disc: does not add dust early on, therefore very flat grinding pattern, almost dust-free grinding, very high removal rate, very good cost and benefit factor.
●- Abrasive: aluminium oxide ALO (small 2 below), base and cover binder full synthetic resin, long service life, good removal, better finish of the surfaces.
●- Areas of use: sanding machines with 125 or 150 mm diameter Velcro mounting, such as eccentric sanders, grinding giraffes, coarse and fine grinding according to grit, grinds plaster, plasterboard (in drywall), filler, wood, varnishes and paints, plastics, metals and much more.
●- Sustainability: grid structure and backing material of the Velcro sanding disc allow you to knock out or rinse the grinding dust, ready to use again after drying, no tearing at the corners as with sandpaper.

Description

Sanding discs with Velcro adhesion, also Velcro sanding discs with mesh grille or simply Velcro sanding grids, have a sturdy mesh made of polyamide (nylon) as a carrier material, which gives them a high strength and durability, but above all great dust permeability. Typical for these sanding discs is a very good removal rate and even grinding result.
The resulting abrasive dust can be easily vacuumed, which allows almost dust-free work.
Holes in the disc to fit the respective types of grinders, or their suction devices are not necessary, as there is a permeable grid structure throughout the grinding wheel area.
The discs are suitable for all sanding machines with 125 or 150 circular pick-up device with Velcro attachment, such as eccentric sanders, giraffes and grinders for drywall construction and many other sanding machines.

The slightly higher purchase price is compensated by the long service life, which leads to a very good cost-benefit factor.

Unlike sandpapers, the grid structure of the backing material prevents premature clogging of the abrasive grains, which extends the service life. After working, it is recommended to tap or rinse with water, dried again, the sanding grid can be used again.

Originally developed for drywall for sanding plaster, plasterboard and fillers to handle the large amount of dust and achieve the required high removal rate, other industries quickly recognized the advantages of the grid-like carrier, and so grid sanding discs are now used in almost all areas, both in coarse and pre-grinding and in finer grains. For fine or finish. work.

Therefore, this grinding wheel is available today also in fine grains, here up to K400.
