This switch is 1-pin off switch touch dimmer switch. Cannot be used as a toggle switch, dim a lamp in different places.

2. Is it smart?

No, it is not an intelligent switch, it cannot work with WiFi to connect to Alexa or Google Home.

3. Does it need a neutral conductor?

No, it only works with neutral conductor is not needed, replace existing switches directly, no re-wiring required. Suitable for all house circles.

4. I ordered a 2-way dimmer switch. Why is there only one adapter?

Only one of the two lamps is required to use an adapter, the other lamp does not need to use the adapter. A switch only needs to work with an adapter. The adapter is clamped at both ends of the light.

Please install the switch first without LED adapter and check if it works well. If this is not possible, try to install an adapter. The LED adapter in products effectively prevents 99.9% of the flickering problem when dimming LED light.

5. The switch works well before placing the glass plate, but not well after putting the plate on. How to solve the problem?

Please turn off the main power supply after testing. Then gently slide the safety glass panel to each side. Wait 5-10 minutes and turn on the circuit breaker again. Please wait at least 3 minutes for the switch to reset before using it.

6. How do I reset the switch?

Disconnect the power supply for about 10 minutes. Switch is reset. Most often the switch can work well after reset.
