Instructions for use:

**Connect the water outlet pipe to the water pipe to be tested (Note: The connection is sealed).

**Fill the pipe to be tested with water and release the air, then turn off the switch.

**Fill the water tank with fresh water and then shake the lever up and down to start the pressure test.

**If a slight ingress of water is detected during the pressure test, it should be checked and repaired immediately, and the pressure cannot be increased under the condition of water penetration.

**If the display of the pressure gauge to the required pressure. If after the pressure is completed, the pressure shown on the pressure gauge does not decrease, this can prove that the pressure resistance of the pipeline is good. On the contrary, it proves that the pipeline tested has poor sealing performance and a leak is present, thereby decreasing the pressure.

** After completing the pressure test, loosen the water valve first to reduce the pressure to avoid damage to the pressure gauge.

**When the pressure test pump is not used, drain the water in the pump and suck a small amount of oil to avoid corrosion.

Troubleshooting Causes and Methods

Question one: When the handle moves upwards, the water cannot be sucked in

1. Prify whether the suction pipe is clogged by Mill;

2. Prify whether the switch is tightened.

QTWO: Weak when handle moves up and down

1. Prify whether the switch is tightened

2. Prify whether the sealing ring of the piston shaft is damaged. Prifen whether the anti-return valve in the outlet nozzle is dirty.

Q3: The pressure shown on the pressure gauge is unstable

1. In case of leakage in the pipeline or outlet nozzle, the sealing ring should be replaced

2. In case of leakage at the connection of the measuring rod, replace the sealing ring

3. The pressure gauge is damaged, repair the pressure gauge.
