●Polyurethane tubing (PU): polyurethane hoses are characterised by a very high flexibility and a consequent tight bending radius in a wide temperature range. They are more flexible than PE hoses and have a high abrasion resistance, very good cold flexibility, low permanent deformation after long-term load, good resistance to most oils, greases, aliphatic hydrocarbons and oxygen.
●Applications: Pneumatic or hydraulic (mini hydraulic) pipes. Mechanical engineering. Engine construction. Measurement and control technology. Flexible hose connections for passing certain fabrics (observe resistance). Very suitable for the use of connectors, external calibrated hoses.
●Hose outer diameter 10 mm x 6.5 mm inner diameter
●Installation of quick connections: cut hose ends straight. To ensure optimal sealing effect and secure holding of the connection, the hose end should not be oval. Clean hose end, remove burrs.
●Fully insert hose end into the quick plug connection to the stop. Check the durability of the connection by a short pull. Press the release ring to release the hose. Pull the hose out of the screw connection with a slight twisting motion. Before re-assembly, the hose end should be cut straight again so as not to complicate the plug-in and releasability.
