Vacuum-controlled 24 mm tuning carburettor from 2EXTREME. The passage of 24 mm allows a significantly larger gas flow and releases more power in combination with a larger intake manifold. Due to the size, this carburettor should only be used from the 85 cc [51 mm] cylinders with correspondingly large cylinder heads. The carburettor is equipped with electric choke. The carburettor is basic matched for 51 mm cylinder kits. The original gas bowden cable can be used further, the Bowden cable cover on the carburettor side must be shortened slightly. The carburettor has been deliberately equipped without an accelerator pump to prevent overgreasing of the engines. This carburettor is the everyday version of performance enhancement and can be used for 4T engines from 85 cc - 180 ccm. However, the included carburettor requirement was tuned for the 85 cc [51 mm] engines. The carburettor can also be used as a spare part from 125 cc engines.
The delivery includes the intake manifold.
Note: The carburettor comes with a basic setting and must still be adapted to the respective vehicle. Main nozzle, secondary nozzle, needle clip, idle mixture and standing gas must always be adjusted, as each engine runs differently and has other components installed. An incorrectly set carburettor can lead to major engine damage.
