Instructions:

1. Refer to the maintenance manual of the vehicle for testing the radiator pressure.

2. Slowly loosen the vehicles radiator cap to release excessive pressure before removing the cover completely. Use gloves and a damp cloth when the lid is hot.

3. Select the correct adapter and the configuration of the accessory for the stationary seat. Attach the adapter securely to the radiator or expansion tank.

4. Plug the quick connection of the hand pump to the adapter.

5. Pump the hand pump handle quickly while watching the pressure gauge. Put the cooler under pressure only to the optimal pressure. Do not expose the cooler under pressure. Ideal readings should be between 12 and 15 PSI. If the pressure level is below the range, a leak in the cooler or hose is the cause of the problem.

6. Release the air pressure after completing the test by pressing the pressure release valve on the hand pump. Then disconnect the quick coupling and adapter assembly.
