●Replacement carburettor with 12 mm outlet for all 50 cc / 2-stroke scooters with Piaggio, Keeway, CPI engine. The delivery includes electric choke. The carburettor is recommended even for tuned engines, as it is significantly better tuned than the original carburettor. The carburettor is delivered completely ready to install (pre-matched for 50 cc scooters). Please note the instructions (English language not guaranteed)
●Technical features: main nozzle: 75, secondary nozzle: 34, connection width intake manifold: 24 mm, connection width air filter: 35 mm. Please check the connection widths before purchasing!
●In addition, you will receive a new connector of the throttle cable. On most scooter models, the throttle cable is divided so that you can use the new connector. If the throttle cable is continuous, the assembly of the connection piece is eliminated.
●Note: It is not guaranteed that the engine will run perfectly with the specified tuning. If the tuning of the main nozzle does not fit your scooter, we recommend using the main nozzle from your current carburettor! In case of problems, it is easiest to control the colouring of the spark plug. The centre electrode should not be too wet (main nozzle too large) or too dry (main nozzle too small) and ideally have a fawn brown colour.

Description

12mm replacement carburettor for scooters with Piaggio, Keeway, CPI engines. The carburettor is recommended even for tuned engines, as it is significantly better tuned than the original carburettor.

The electric choke is already assembled and you will also receive a new connector of the throttle cable. On most scooter models, the throttle cable is divided so that you can use the new connector. If the throttle cable is continuous, the assembly of the connection piece is eliminated. (Please note the instructions)

The original air filter box can be used further.

Technical features:

• Main nozzle: 75.
• Secondary nozzle: 34.
• Connection width of intake manifold: 24 mm.
• Air filter connection width: 35 mm.

Please check the connection widths before purchasing.

Note:
In rare cases, the mounted plug from the E-choke does not fit. In this case, cut off the plug from the old choke and connect it to the two cables from the new carburettor.
It is not guaranteed that the engine runs perfectly with the specified tuning. If the tuning of the main nozzle does not fit your scooter, we recommend using the main nozzle from your current carburettor!
