A significant advantage of this set are the surface-tempered turning tools. The nickel layer provides excellent corrosion protection. Nickel is resistant to air, water, diluted acids, lubricants and most alkalis. Another feature of the nickel surfaces is the visual enhancement of the turning tools.
This 7-piece lathe tool set includes lathe tool for longitudinal turning, face turning, chamfering, parting and threading, as well as roughing. All chisels in this set are equipped with ISO indexable inserts (hard metal, TIN coated) in the delivery condition. For special applications, these carbide inserts can be replaced with other cutting inserts suitable for the material being machined.
These special indexable inserts can be found in our range. You can also order the standard plates individually or in a set of 10.
The set is completed by the Torx key and an Allen key required for cutting insert change. For clear and proper storage, the turning tools are delivered in a high-quality box with foam insert.
