Es ist ganz leicht!
Miss deinen Kopfumfang an der breitesten Stelle ca. 2cm über den Ohren. Messe mit einem flexiblen Maßband in Zentimetern. Alternativ kann du den Umfang auch mit Hilfe einer Schnur/Kabel/Leine, o.ä. messen und auf ein Maßband übertragen.
Der Helm sitzt gut, wenn er fest am Kopf anliegt und sich trotzdem angenehm anfühlt. Der Helm darf sich nicht bewegen, wenn du deinen Kopf schüttelst (Sonst wäre er zu groß). Er darf aber auch keine Druckstellen verursachen (Dann wäre er zu klein).
Liegt dein Ergebnis zwischen zwei Größen oder bist dir nicht ganz sicher, wähle die größere Größe. Nimm dir Zeit zu messen und versuche möglichst genau zu sein.
