Size S (head circumference: 55 - 56 cm).
Size M (head circumference: 57 - 58 cm).
Size L (head circumference: 59 - 60 cm).
Size XL (head circumference: 61 - 62 cm).
First, measure the circumference of your head using a tape measure.
The helmet should sit quite tightly to begin with, and not too comfortably.
When you put the helmet on and gently move your head to the left and right, the skin around your temples should move too.
You shouldn’t be able to turn the helmet, and certainly not all the way round.
You should be able to slide your hand between the chin guard and your chin.
If you can touch the helmet with your chin, the helmet does not have enough space to cushion the fall.
