Troubleshooting Steps
o If the SMH5 MultiCom does not work properly or is in a faulty status for any reason, you can reset it by pressing the reset button on the back of the headset main unit. Insert a paper clip into the reset pin hole and press the reset button for a second with light pressure. The SMH5 MultiCom turns off and you need to turn the system back on and try again. However, this will not reset the headset to factory settings.
