The set includes 3 x original FitnessFire frisbees. So you always have one ready to play, even if one is lost or you want to play in separate groups. The frisbees are made of high-quality material and have a groove on the side that makes throwing even easier. Thanks to the flexible silicone rubber, the frisbees are robust and almost indestructible. Thanks to the clever aerodynamics of the frisbee disc, very long throws are possible. In addition to the throwing technique shown below, other casting methods are also possible - for example as with a normal frisbee for shorter distances. Throwing instructions
Hold the frisbee with your index finger in the groove and get out with your arm. Get swing and throw the disc similar to a stone when hopping stones/stones. Let go of the frisbee and give it some twist. Make sure that your arm is straight and parallel to the ground.
Dont let yourself be discouraged, learning the right technique needs some practice, but then makes all the more joy!
