Directions for use:

Step 1: Pour in a pack of nasal rinse salt.

Step 2: Pour 37 °C water to 300 ml.

Step 3: Cover the lid and shake evenly.

Step 4: Breathe through your mouth while you wash your nose.

Please note:

Do not use water or ordinary salt instead of nasal rinse salt.

Children under the age of 12 should use this product under the supervision of the doctor or their parents.

Do not use it if one side of your nose is clogged or if you have ear inflammation or other ear disorders.
