1. Warm tips:
The sinus rinse bottle is perfect for children over twelve years old. Please do not rinse with clean water, which may cause a strong burn. Do not use hot or boiling water.
2. Note:
Do not rinse if the nasal cavity is completely blocked.

How to use step:
1:Wash your hands before starting. Fill the nasal rinse to the fill line with lukewarm distilled water or previously boiled water.
2: Add a pack of nasal washing salt (2.7 g) to the water. Tighten the cap on the mesh pot. Shake the nose cleaner gently to dissolve the mixture.
3:Stand in front of a sink, bend forward to your comfort level and tilt your head down. Keep your mouth open and do not hold your breath. Place the cap tightly to your right nostril and press the button at the bottom until the solution drains from the other nostril or mouth.
4: Repeat steps 3 for your left nostril.
