Semilac Fibre Base 7 ml, is a strong shellac base with nylon fibres for special tasks. It can be applied directly to the nail (as a base) as well as layering and extension of the nail - up to 1 cm. The milky shade of the new Semilac base can enhance pastel and neon colours.
