The raw material is of natural origin - the raw material is obtained from wood.

Handmade combs made of acetate - We would like to briefly introduce you to the manufacturing process of the elaborately crafted combs:

First step: strips are made from the raw product, cellulose acetate panels.

Second step: these are shortened to the individual comb lengths. In different steps, the edges are beveled and the prongs are sanded.

Third step: Now the individual prongs are further processed in a wet process - according to the comb type - to a smooth cut.

Fourth step: The combs receive a final sanding and are processed for up to 5 days in a bottlenose dolphin with wood chips, depending on the model. All edges are further sanded and the comb gets first shine.

Fifth step: In a final refinement process, each comb has its typical silky shiny look and a silver or gold stamp. Each comb goes through a manufacturing process of up to 10 days.
