F: Why not my curling iron beep?
A: Do not release the left/right rotation button until the rotation stops in automatic mode. If the button is released too early, it switches to DIY mode where no beep sounds. Please press the left/right rotation button again until the rotation stops, after 10s 2 beeps will sound.
F: During the waiting process of curling the hair, the hair will have mist and emit a small smell. Does this harm my hair?
A: During the heating process, there is a temperature difference between the curling iron and the hair, which is normal and does not damage the hair.
F: Why does the curling iron not work properly?
A: First check the plug of the product whether the plug in the socket is loose because you pulled the power cord during use, and then turn it on again after plugging it back in.
When the hair is tangled, the curling iron switches to standby mode after automatic rotation. Select the desired mode again and start again. If the curler is in standby mode (4 lights flashing), please select the desired mode again and start again.
