Q1: Why cant the output power of the solar panel reach the rated power?

A: The output power of the solar panel is affected by many factors, such as light intensity, surface temperature, sunlight and shade of the module. Rated power is determined in a laboratory in an ideal environment. Under good natural conditions (strong light, vertical angle of incidence), the output power is about 80% of rated power, i.e. producing a 400W module. Usually 320-350W

Q2: Is the solar panel waterproof?

A: It is IP68 waterproof and splash-proof (do not put in the rain or put in the water for a long time).

Q3: Where is the best way to set up portable solar panels? A: Ideally, portable solar panels are positioned at an angle of 30-45 degrees towards the sun. Portable EcoFlow solar panels have an integrated stand that can be adjusted according to the sun level.

Q4: Can I use other providers power stations with EcoFlows 400W bifazial solar panel?

A: Yes, but only certain types. The power station used must be compatible with the solar XT60 standards for it to work properly. Additionally, other brands power stations may not provide the same compatibility levels as EcoFlow Brand Power Stations may have lower rated powers, and may not provide the same performance.
