The Giro XL pre-tensioned inlet gear winder is suitable for 23mm wide belts up to 12m in length. This means that it holds significantly more belt than an average belt winder without gearbox. Its long service life of over 20,000 working cycles combines it with other belt winders from EVEROXX.
The gear belt winder is placed in a wall box installed in the wall and screwed together with the top plate. Screws are not included, we recommend M4 x 40 screws (e.g. item no. : 260037 - also available from us). The hole spacing is 214 mm. The spring box centre should be located in the middle of the wall box and can be adjusted between 95 and 125 mm. The belt winder can hold up to 12.00 m belt (belt width 23 mm), it is specially designed for operating shutters with belt pulley gears.
