Ultrasonic cleaning
Ultrasonic cleaning is a proven process in which sound waves are used to produce cavitation bubbles in a liquid water bath that does not require contact with the record during the cleaning process. HumminGuru has applied a duo 40kHz ultrasonic system.
Duo fan system
To increase the effectiveness of the drying process, a duo fan system is used for versions that dry the record from both sides. Quick drying of the record in just 5 or 10 minutes. An air filter has been implemented in the area of the air intake to prevent external dust from being blown back to the record during the process.
