Please note:

*For Android phone version higher than 11.0, make sure your GPS is turned on before you connect to Bluetooth. Otherwise, Bluetooth cannot be connected.

*Our products support dual mode Bluetooth. If you connect directly via Bluetooth in the settings, you can only set the focus with the gimbal and take pictures. If you want to use more recording functions. Please connect Bluetooth via APP. If the Bluetooth display always lights up at the gimbal, this means that you are connected to Bluetooth via an app.

*If your mobile phone cannot connect to bluetooth, delete the app, download it again and restart the gimbal.

*Before use, install the mobile phone on the gimbal and then adjust the gimbal to the horizontal state (slide the push bar, tighten the knob with the lock symbol). Adjust the mobile phone and the movable stand part horizontally, this will make your sense of use better.
