Requirements and suggestions for module installation:
A) The installation surface of the module must be free from scratches, bumps and small items;
B) When installing the module on the heat sink, carefully remove the oxide layer on the surface of the heat sink with fine sandpaper, wipe the surface of the heat sink with anhydrous ethanol and then apply a thin layer of heat-conductive silica gel evenly to the contact surface of the cup. Basplate and the Heat sink to make contact well and reduce heat resistance;
C) When attaching the module to the heat sink surface, use M5 or M6 flat strip and spring washer and tighten the screw with (5+1)Nm force distance;
D) The wiring of the main electrode of the module must be made of copper tape with smooth, flat and sufficient contact surface. The contact must be good. The tightening force torque is: when using M5 screws, the force torque is (3) Nm; when using M6 screws, the force torque is (5+1)Nm. When using M8 screws, the force torque is (9+1) Nm.
