1. Cut off a piece of tip with tweezers and spray with water from a spray bottle
2. Apply the semi-dried eye shadow to the eyelid in the right place (if there is too much water, dry gently with a cotton swab).
3. When the lace ribbon is completely dry, use a fork over the eyes and open it. (If you do not achieve the desired effect with one fork, you can stick two to enhance the effect and make your glasses more attractive) 4.
4. After applying eye shadow, the effect will be better and invisible.
