Our wireless electronic ear plugs are designed to improve situational awareness and communication. They allow – without any restriction of your hearing protection – communication with people nearby as well as the perception of ambient noise. They are effortless to use - with just a single push of a button, you can turn the earplugs on and off or switch between the available volume settings (quiet, normal, loud). Their slim and lightweight design improves overall comfort and makes them compatible with headgear. Interchangeable earpieces allow you to adjust the earplugs to the desired level of protection and ensure a comfortable fit. Charging is done by means of a micro USB plug on the charging case. The lithium-ion batteries allow continuous operation for up to 16 hours, charging (on a USB socket of a computer or a power supply) takes approx. 180 minutes. The case has a transparent lid that makes it easy to see the charge indicator A rubber sealing ring running around the case protects the ear plugs from moisture and dirt. In terms of protection against water, the case complies with protection class IP54 (with the lid closed and USB port). The insulation (SNR) of the 3M PELTOR electronic ear plugs meets the requirements of the PSA Directive 89/686/EEC. They are available in two versions - one for industrial use, and one for use in shooting and forestry.
