If the document has one end outside the laminator, turn off the device first. Press the ABS button and pull out the laminating bag.
The thickness of the laminating bag is no more than 80-125 microns. Check that nothing has caught in or on the rolls. Make sure that you insert the sealed end of the laminating bag first, the open end follows afterwards. If the standby time is too long, insert a piece of paper directly to reduce the heat of the rollers and achieve the best laminating effect. regularly a sheet of paper, to catch excess glue on the roller.

1. Why does the laminator smell so bad when using?
When the device is new, the protective layer on the rollers and heating elements creates an odour. The smell (not dangerous) is normal and disappears after a few runs.
2. Why does the laminating bag stay stuck in the laminator?
There are two main causes for this:
If inferior laminating sleeves have been used, excess glue may have accumulated on the roller. Make sure the laminating bag is at the opening of the device to avoid uneven or oblique flow.
3. Is it normal that the top of the laminator is very hot?
Yes As the heating elements are wrapped around the rollers, there is a build-up of heat on the laminator housing.
4. Why is the laminating bag larger than the document?
Laminating sleeves should always have a laminating edge of 2-3mm on each side so that the document is fully encapsulated and protected.
5. How do I laminate a document smaller than the laminating bag?
Do not cut the laminating bag before laminating. Laminate the document according to the instructions: Make sure the left and right edges of the laminating bag are the same. and cut the laminating bag after laminating.
1. No electricity for the machine
Check if the power cord is plugged in correctly and the laminator is turned on.
2. Machine does not heat up
Check the power supply of the device (see above).
Leave the laminator on for more than 3 minutes as indicated in the instructions.
3. The paper is not pulled through
a. Do not remove the paper cutter.
b. The bag is not inserted through the opening of the machine.
5. Document rolls up after lamination
Allow the document to cool on a flat surface after sealing.
6. Bubbleing/coating looks cloudy - temperature is not hot enough
Make sure the laminator is fully pre-heated and the display window lights green.
