Use a measuring tape and turn it around the upper arm exactly where the slide band is to be worn to protect the sensor or pod. Make sure that the measuring tape measures the upper arm circumference, but it is not too tight. The sensor or pod does not need to be taken into account during measurement. The measured measurement corresponds to the size that can be used. |
