The SB5 Snappable PC Breadboard is ideal for small projects or four small projects. It can be used as a single prototyping board, or it can be inserted into two or four smaller boards. It is dotted at two points along the centre to facilitate snapping into smaller pieces. The SB5 Solderable PC Breadboard is great for soldering your breadboard projects to make robust prototypes. All four of the smaller boards have 5 holes which are good for IC circuits. Note: The SB4 Snappable Breadboard is slightly smaller with 4 hole strips, and two of the boards have 2 hole strips for higher density (connect them if needed for longer strips). Each of the four smaller boards has two power rails. There are bonus two-hole pads along the centerline that allow the use of DIL (dual inline) headers (some boards leave this area empty). A screen print on the top helps position components. BPS prototyping plates use high quality FR4 glass epoxy PBs for long life. An anti-tarnish coating protects the copper for durability and allows for easy soldering. BPS boards are lead-free and RoHS compatible.
