Explanation of the analog voltage output from 0-10 V:
When the signal input port is not connected, the output port outputs 0V. When we turn on this module for the first time, we calibrate it better: find a signal with a duty cycle of 50%, connect it with DIN, DIN+, the amplitude corresponds to the corresponding jumper. If the frequency is at 1 kHz ~ 3 kHz, use a multimeter to test AO, GND. The gauge should display about 5.4V. We adjust the potentiometer on the converter module so that the multimeter shows about 5.4V. After this is done, we calibrated and adjusted the pulse signal with this converter module. The module has a definition of 0.1V. Output current 10mA. If the duty cycle is opposite to the voltage, we can select the PWM output pin STEP LOW / ACTIVE for the MACH3 software.
