Description
Analog voltage output:
The following output voltage of 0-10 V is for illustration; if there is no input signal after switching on, the output is 0 V; a calibration can be carried out at the first time: Enter a signal with 50% duty cycle and 3.3V amplitude in DIN and DIN+. The frequency is 1-3 kHz. Use a multimeter to measure two ports of AO and GND. Adjust the potentiometer on the board to show the multimeter 5.40V. This calibrates the corresponding relationship between the pulse signal and this module. The resolution of this module is 0.1 V. The output current capacity is 10mA. If the percentage of the working cycle is reversed to the voltage, you can check the STEP LOW, ACTIVE check box to set the pins of the PWM output in the MACH3 software.
Port:
DIN +: Positive of the PWM signal (connect to PWM signal with common cathode; connect to 3.3 V of the signal connection with common anode); DIN: Negative of the PWM signal (connect to GND with common cathode; connect to PWM signal with common anode); 12-30V: Positive of the power supply; GND: Mass of power supply; GND: Mass of power supply. It is connected to the mass of the power supply; AO: Output for analogue voltage (0-10V).
