Method of use:
Input frequency range of PWM signal: 1KHz to 3KHz PWM signal input level range: 4.5V to 10V peak level, jumper used at 5V This signal type mainly for conventional industrial control cards (such as MACH3 card), for 5V the CPU interface. 12 to 24 V tip to tip, jumper at 24 V. Analog voltage output explanation 0-10V:
If the signal input port is not connected, the output port will output 0V. When we turn on this module for the first time, we calibrate it better: find a signal with a duty ratio of 50%, connect it to DIN, DIN+, the amplitude corresponds to the corresponding bridge. If the frequency is between 1 kHz and 3 kHz, test AO, GND with a multimeter. The meter should display about 5.4V. We set the potentiometer on the converter module so that multimeter indicators display about 5.4V. After that, we calibrated and adjusted the pulse signal with this converter module. The module has a definition of 0.1 V. Output current: 10 mA. If the duty ratio is opposite to voltage, we can select the PWM output pin STEP LOW/ACTIVE for MACH3 software.
