Function introduction:

This wind generator controller controls the wind turbine to automatically charge the battery. When the battery is fully charged, the fan is automatically braked by the internal circuit. When the battery voltage drops to the recovery voltage, the fan resumes the charging of the battery, protecting the fan and battery.

The rectification and brake circuit part of this wind turbine regulator uses an integrated module, which is better in terms of heat dissipation and reliability than the conventional design.

This wind load controller features a fully sealed and fully waterproof design, and the waterproof protection level is above IP67. Even if placed in water, it can be used normally for a long time, and the stability and reliability are great.

Wiring:

Connect the positive and negative poles of the battery to the positive pole (red wire) and the negative pole (black wire) of the battery.

Connect the three-phase output voltage of the wind turbine to the three-phase input terminals (green wire) of the controller fan.

Precautions:

Make sure the output voltage of the wind turbine matches the rated voltage of the battery.

Wiring in the following order, first connect the positive and negative pole of the battery, and then connect the three-phase voltage output of the fan.

Please connect the battery and wind turbine strictly according to the instructions to the control. Reverse polarity or incorrect connection will cause the system to not work normally and even damage the control.
