The Blackroll fascia set "Neck Box" includes 3 products for effective release of tension in the fascial tissue, as well as for strengthening the muscles. The fascia ball has a diameter of 8 cm. Thanks to the small contact surface, targeted work in the deeper fabric is ideal to combat stubborn tension. The Duoball is perfect for loosening glued fascia. It consists of 2 fascia balls with a diameter of 12 cm each. In the middle of the fascia tool there is a recess through which the cervical spine is recessed when rolling along the neck area.
