WHAT SORT OF DAMAGE CAN BE FIXED WITH THE REPAIR KIT?Most of the time the tubeless sealant inside your tubeless tires should seal the small holes caused by thorns and broken glass. A tubeless tire repair kit comes in handy when the sealant alone is not enough. And that’s normally the case with holes that are larger than 0.08 inches / 2 mm; plugs are also great for snake-bites. The size of the plugs is also crucial for a successful repair, that’s why we include 5 ‘Bacon’ strips, 0.06 inches / 1.5mm thickness for Road tires and smaller punctures and 5 ‘Black’ strips, 0.14 inches / 3.5mm for mountain bike and hybrid tires. |
