Experiences from the competition scene have been incorporated into the development of the 160dB AluButyl. Only the very best insulation properties are used. For this reason, a thickness of 2.0 mm is completely sufficient in this category. Where other insulation materials often require several layers on top of each other, only one layer is needed to achieve absolutely perfect results. Insulation at the highest level, not just for professionals.
Combination with foam.
To achieve an even better result, there are two acoustic foams that ensure that the sound is left where it belongs. With the ZSQ7 and ZSQ15, even the very last disturbances are finally eliminated. Since both foams can be compressed almost to "zero", they can be used to decouple door panels and metal carriers.
RESULT
The result is amazing. Where before many parts have been inclined to resonate, you can now hear: NOTHING except the sound that comes from the speakers. As the speaker resonates significantly less, the speaker now has significantly more dynamics. Meaning:
