Description

Cathe Friedrichs Imax 3 is a fast-paced 60-minute workout, consisting of a 9-minute warm-up, 10 mini step combinations, alternating with 10 interval strokes and a cooling with one stretch. For most part, every step combination is put together familiar movements in a refreshing way. A few new movements are mixed here and there to keep you on your toes.

The 32-count step combination is repeated 6 times each before they go into intensity jumps.

The intensity jumps are sometimes longer than the step combination itself. Each stroke consists of a combination of about 2 to 3 intense movements (per explosion), which repeats about 4 times (per beat) and gradually brings you to your milk threshold. You will find that all blasts vary in length and intensity and challenges and inspires your muscles. To really increase the overall challenge, we even reduced the recovery time between some of the "milder" intervals. Cooling follows the last stroke and then a relaxing stretch will complete the workout.
