These easy to wear split cowhide welder gaiters are designed to protect the lower legs and feet during work such as welding, forging or burning. They protect against flying glowing chips or sparks. To support suitability in fire-prone areas, the gaiters are made of flame retardant leather and sewn with fire-resistant Kevlar® threads. Variable adaptation of the gaiters to different shoe sizes and lower leg circumferences is provided by the adjustment option using Velcro fasteners. To reliably prevent riding up, the gaiters are equipped with an elastic strap for attaching under the shoe.
