Use and maintenance of non-stick pan
--- Before first use, remove the packaging material and all labels, clean it with detergent or warm water and then apply a thin layer of oil or other grease.
--- As the non-stick pan conducts heat quickly and evenly, it can reach the right cooking temperature on medium and low heat. Before heating, place oil in non-stick pan.
--- Do not use sharp or metal shovels to cook. Use a special spatula such as a silicone shovel or nylon shovel as this can extend the life of the non-stick pan.
--- Usually you can use a dishwasher, but hand washing is recommended. The use of a dishwasher can shorten the life of the pot. Do not use oven cleaners or detergent with chlorine bleach.
--- After using the new pan, apply a layer of cooking oil at regular intervals.
